Do you still do tours even if it rains?
Answer: Yes the alpacas usually come up to the barn. If it is thunder and lightening, we wait for it to stop.  Bring boots if it's rainy, as we will be walking around a farm.

What should I wear?
Answer: It is a farm, so boots if it is rainy, sneakers or shoes comfortable for walking on uneven ground. It is outside, sweatshirts if needed.

What if my group is running late to the tour?
Answer: The tour will start at the assigned time as there are usually others in  the group. You can join in when you arrive or change to the next group time. We will NOT hold up a tour.

Do I need a reservation to come for a tour?
Answer: Yes, this is a working farm. Tour times are specifically posted so we  are sure to have tour guides available for the tour. To make a reservation go to "Book a Farm Tour" on the home page.

What if I need to change my reservation?
Answer: Go to "Change My Reservation" at the bottom of the book a tour page. You will be able change or cancel your reservations at your convenience.

Can I bring my Dog?
Answer: The alpacas are afraid of dogs, especially those they do not know. You can leave your dog in your vehicle or walk them up to the store, but not in the barn complex.  They must be on a leash if out of the vehicle. This may limit your tour experience.

Is there handicap parking?

Answer: Yes, anyone who needs assistance with parking can drive up to the store and park by the split rail fence
